I’ve spent years testing what actually grows an Instagram account. Here’s what works, no fluff, just facts:
1️⃣ The algorithm = people. It’s not magic. If your content makes people laugh, learn, or feel something, they’ll watch. Do both? You’ll grow faster.
2️⃣ Not all content grows your account. Some reels get millions of views but barely any followers. Others don’t go viral but attract loyal fans. The best content does both: It grabs attention and delivers value.
💡Think: “I ate like Usain Bolt for a month…”
“I bought a car wash, here’s what I made in 30 days.” That’s curiosity + impact. That’s growth.
3️⃣ Hooks change everything. The first 3 seconds decide if someone keeps watching. Don’t start slow. Show the result first, then explain how you got there.
💡Example: Instead of pouring water into flour… Start with the finished pizza. Then rewind.
