Abraham. Joseph. Solomon. Lydia. The Proverbs 31 woman.
The Bible is full of people who walked in real financial abundance. And when I studied them, the pattern was impossible to ignore.
They all have these 5 things common:
1️⃣ They put God’s order first.
None of them built just for themselves. Their wealth was always tied to something bigger than their own comfort. They sought God before they sought the money.
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3
2️⃣ They had a plan.
Not one of them stumbled into it. Joseph stored grain for seven years. Solomon built from precise blueprints. The Proverbs 31 woman looked at a field before she bought it. They were intentional in every step.
3️⃣ They gave generously.
Abraham tithed to Melchizedek. The Proverbs 31 woman opened her hands to the poor. Lydia opened her whole home. They didn’t wait until they had “enough” to give. Giving was part of how they built.
“One gives freely, yet grows all the richer.” Proverbs 11:24
4️⃣ They worked with excellence.
None of them were passive. Joseph ran Potiphar’s entire household. Lydia ran a business. Solomon managed one of the biggest building projects in history. They showed up with skill and discipline.
5️⃣ They trusted God through the hard part.
Joseph was in prison before he was in the palace. Abraham left everything before he inherited anything. The blessing never skipped the process.
The formula hasn’t changed.
Order. Plan. Give. Work. Trust.
That’s still the blueprint.
